In this adversary proceeding, Plaintiff Kevin Bieros (“the Plaintiff’) requests that the court deny the chapter 7 discharge of the debtor, Edward W. Pocius (“the Debt- or”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2), (3), (4), (6), (7). The Debtor has filed a Motion to Dismiss the Complaint under Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) (“the Motion to Dismiss”).1

For the reasons set forth below, the Motion will be granted and the Plaintiffs Complaint dismissed with prejudice.
