This matter is before the court on Mov-ant’s motion to dismiss or, in the alternative, for relief from the automatic stay of 11 U.S.C. § 362 filed November 30, 1988. This case commenced October 3, 1988. Debtor is a Georgia limited partnership whose sole asset is a 486 unit, 50 building apartment complex located on a 39.53 acre site in East Point, Fulton County, Georgia (the “Property”).
