All the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law contained in my March 27.2009, Interim Order, Docket Number 244, are hereby incorporated and further supplemented by this Order. In the Interim Order, I held that the value of the Val-lambrosa tract as of May 6, 2008, the petition date, was $35,350,000.00. In light of this value, Canpartners Realty Holding Company IV, L.L.C.
