ORDER

JOYCE BIHARY, Bankruptcy Judge.

These three jointly administered Chapter 11 cases are before the Court on PNC Bank, N.A.’s (“PNC’s”) motion to dismiss and on debtors’ request for confirmation of a Chapter 11 plan. The matters involved herein constitute a core proceeding over which this Court has jurisdiction. See 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A), (L) and (0). The parties pre sented their arguments and evidence at a hearing held on March 4, 1996, after which the Court took the matter under advisement.
