The Travelot Company (“Travelot”) filed its Chapter 11 case on January 2, 2002, approximately 30 minutes before Respondent Turner Broadcasting Sales, Inc., agent for Cable News Network (“CNN”), sent a termination notice advising Travelot that its contractual rights under a certain agreement between the parties was terminated effective that date.
