This is an original proceeding before the Supreme Court to review an award of the State Industrial Commission rendered May 20, 1931, in favor of C. W. Farley, claimant herein.

The record discloses that, on the 23rd day of July, 1930, claimant was in the employ of petitioners when he received an accidental injury resulting in disability to the second, third, and fourth fingers of his right hand.
