This is an appeal by defendants from a judgment confirming an arbitration award of money damages to plaintiff.
The dispute between the parties arose out of separate written agreements entered into on October 19, 1955, between plaintiff and 13 defendant corporations for the installation of asphalt floor tiling in tract houses to be constructed on land owned by defendants.
