WYCHE, District Judge.
This is an action asking the District Court to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, in accordance with Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g)).
After remand the final decision of the Secretary in this case was rendered by the Appeals Council, Bureau of Hearings and Appeals, Social Security Administration, Department of Health, Education and Welfare, adopting the recommended decision rendered by the Hearing Examiner and making that decision its own.
