Action to cancel a deed to mining property, to forfeit a lease, and for an accounting. The Bubie Combination Gold Mining Company, being the owner of the property, acting through its board of directors, in which such power was vested, gave to James A. Twitchell a lease and bond on the Lafayette mining claim, situate in the Cripple Creek mining district. The term of the lease was for fifteen months.
