Kierst v. N.A.G.
Missouri Court of Appeals
1Opinion of the Court
LAURA DENVIR STITH, Judge.
Appellant, N.AG., a juvenile, appeals from the juvenile court’s determination that NAG. recklessly caused serious physical injury to Robin S. McDonald when NAG.’s automobile, while being driven by NAG., struck Mr. McDonald in the right pelvis and knee. N.A.G. contends that there was insufficient evidence to support the findings (1) *666that Mr. McDonald’s injury was sufficiently serious to constitute “serious physical injury” as defined by § 565.060, RSMo Supp.1993 1 and (2) that N.A.G. drove recklessly. We affirm.
