Defendant Donald C. Brown was convicted by a jury of abuse of a child in violation of § 568.060, RSMo 1978. 1 Defendant contends the statute is so vague and indefinite as to violate the Due Process Clause of the United States Constitution and the Missouri Constitution, Article II, § 1 and Article III, § 1.
