KELLEY, Judge.
Kathleen K. Shaulis (Shaulis) petitions for review of an opinion of the State Ethics Commission (Commission) mailed March 24, 1999. Therein, the Commission holds, based on the recent decision by our Supreme Court in P.J.S. v. Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission, 555 Pa. 149, 723 A.2d 174 (1999), that “during its one year period of applicability, Section 1103(g) of the [Public Official and Employee Ethics Act (Act), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1103(g),] applies to restrict a former public official/public employee who is an attorney, even as to legal representation before the governmental body.…
