I respectfully dissent from the Majority’s holding that the Monument Sign Landscaping and Maintenance Agreement (Maintenance Agreement) approved by the Westtown Township (Township) Board of Supervisors (Board) constitutes a separate “adjudication” amending the court-approved Settlement Agreement (Settlement *314Agreement) between the Township and Chester County Outdoor, LLC (CCO) from which Money could appeal.
