The plaintiff, Heyward Sellers, appeals pro se from the decision of the workers’ compensation review board (board), which affirmed the decision of the workers’ compensation commissioner for the fifth district (commissioner) dismissing his claim for compensation from the defendant Sellers Garage, Inc. The plaintiff raises two claims on appeal.
