The named defendant, Barnes Page Wire Products, Inc.,1 appeals from the decision of the workers’ compensation review board (board) affirming the decision of the workers’ compensation commissioner (commissioner) concluding that the defendant lacked insurance coverage at the time of the injury suffered by the plaintiff, Michael DiBello.
