The plaintiff, Petraq Bode, appeals from the decision of the workers’ compensation review board (board) affirming the determination by the workers’ compensation commissioner for the fifth district (commissioner) that he was not entitled to benefits pursuant *674to General Statutes § 31-307.1 On appeal, the plaintiff maintains, inter alia, that the board improperly affirmed the commissioner’s decision (1) that the plaintiff was not temporarily totally disabled on or after April 26, 2005, (2) that the plaintiff demonstrated an unwillingness to submit to right shoulder replacement…
