Gracy Meadow Owners Association, Inc. (“Gracy Meadow”), appellee, sued the Celo-tex Corporation, Inc. (“Celotex”) and Nelson Johnson, appellants, alleging that Celo-tex breached express and implied warranties and that both appellants made representations in violation of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (“DTPA”), Tex.Bus. & Com.Code Ann. § 17.46(b) (West 1987), in connection with roofing shingles manufactured by Celotex.
