Sergeant Glenda Jones was found guilty, in accordance with her pleas, of disobeying a general order by writing personal letters to, meeting with, and consuming alcoholic beverages with Private Carmen A. Rhodes, and using her private auto to transport Private Rhodes back to her place of duty, all in violation of Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 892; of committing sodomy with Private Rhodes in violation of Article 125, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 925; and of attempting to impede an investigation in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934.
