Defendants move, pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1 to 16 (the "FAA"), to compel arbitration of Plaintiffs' claims alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 to 219 (the "FLSA"), and the New York Labor Law (the "NYLL") on a class and collective action basis, as well as individual discrimination claims under the New York State Human Rights Law (the "NYSHRL") and New York City Human Rights Law (the "NYCHRL").
