Appellant, Thomas V. Thompson, appeals from his convic tion of two counts of having a weapon under disability in violation of R.C. 2923.18(A)(2), and one count of carrying a concealed weapon in violation of R.C. 2923.12. We affirm in part and reverse and modify in part.
Facts
On the evening of April 3, 1987, Officers James L. Stillings and Daniel Davidson of the Franklin Township Police department arrived at a residence in response to a domestic disturbance complaint.
