Appellant in the case at bar predicates his request for reversal of his convictions on four bases. First, he asserts that the trial court erred in admitting his first confession and a gun into evidence as the arrest which led to both was unlawful. Secondly, appellant contends that the trial court committed prejudicial error in excluding him from an in camera voir dire of several of the jurors in his trial.
