The plaintiffs and respondents in the four actions above entitled have moved to dismiss appeals, taken by a different defendant in each case, from an order striking out the particular defendant’s cross-complaint. All the motions were before the court, and were argued and submitted at the same time. The actions are for damages for personal injuries and grew out of the same accident. The pleadings are the same, in so far 'as any question presented by the motions is concerned.
