• This matter is before the Court on Defendants Bruce D. Strebinger’s, Muskateer Investments, Inc.’s (“Muskateer”), Anne Strebinger’s, and Furia Blue SpA’s (“Fur-la”) (collectively, “Defendants”) Motion for Oral Argument [Doc. No. 20],1 and Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss [Doc. No. 12]. For the reasons explained in this order, Defendants’ motions are DENIED.
