OPINION

ROBINSON, Judge:

This veterans’ disability compensation case is before the court on defendant’s motion to dismiss.

Plaintiff, George W. Davis, is a World War II veteran who alleges that the Department of Veterans Affairs (‘VA”) improperly terminated his disability compensation benefits without notice, failed to assign him a higher disability rating1 when warranted, and failed to grant his claims for service connection2 for a left-ankle disability and a back disability, which allegedly occurred as a result of accidents caused by his service-connected “nervous condition.” Complaint, 11113,…
