The primary issue on these appeals is whether the administrative charges, usually called “claims,” filed by named plaintiffs in a suit instituted as a class action under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) satisfy the claim filing obligations of individual plaintiffs alleging similar grievances, despite decertification of the class.
