Plaintiffs have filed five individual complaints against their employer, the National Broadcasting Company, Inc. (“NBC”), alleging numerous acts of racial and sexual discrimination throughout their fifteen to twenty-year careers at the company. 1 These cases were consolidated for purposes of pretrial proceedings, and NBC now moves pursuant to Rule 56(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for summary judgment against all plaintiffs.
