In this certified appeal,1 the defendant Louis A. Lestorti, Jr.,2 appeals from the judgment of the Appellate Court, which affirmed the trial court’s decision to grant the motion of the plaintiff, James C. Lestorti, to strike the defendant’s counterclaim for equitable contribution. Lestorti v. DeLeo, 114 Conn. App. 50, 51, 57, 968 A.2d 941 (2009).
