MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER OVERRULING OBJECTION TO CONFIRMATION OF DEBTOR’S CHAPTER 13 PLAN

INTRODUCTION
Before the Court is an objection filed by eCAST Settlement Corporation (“eCAST”) to confirmation of Kwabena Osei’s (“Debt- or”) proposed chapter 13 plan. (ECF Doc. #7.) eCAST argues that Debtor’s plan cannot be confirmed because in calculating disposable income the Debtor deducted the full amount allowed under the applicable Local Standards for a mortgage/rental expense in a household of Debtor’s size and location, even though Debtor’s actual monthly rental…
