ALLEN SHARP, District Judge.
Counsel for the parties in this case have been unable to resolve a multitude of problems regarding discovery in this case. There have been numerous requests for discovery of various kinds and objections thereto. There have been briefs and memorandums of authority filed in regard to the discovery. In the preliminary pretrial conference held on February 1, 1974 there was an extended discussion with regard to various discovery matters then pending.
