Harold Searcy pleaded guilty in the Circuit Court of Randolph County to one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of production of a controlled substance. The circuit court denied his Rule 24.035 motion after an evidentiary hearing. This appeal follows. Searcy raises two points on appeal. The State, however, contends that Searcy’s motion was not timely filed and, thus, this court does not have jurisdiction to review his claim.
