Crane, Circuit Judge AFFIRMED Johnathan Young (Movant) appeals from the dismissal of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief.1 The motion court concluded that Movant’s pro se motion was not timely because it was filed more than 180 days after Movant had been delivered to the custody of the Department of Corrections (DOC).
