¶1 In this case involving neighbors locked in a boundary line dispute, Malcolm Gander and Melanie Keenan 1 appeal a trial court order denying their request for attorney fees. Karen Keefe and Elina Yeager cross appeal an order denying CR 11 sanctions. We affirm.

FACTS

¶2 Keefe and Yeager own adjoining lots on Bainbridge Island. Keefe and Yeager’s northern boundary lines adjoin Gander/Keenan’s property.
