This is an original proceeding in this court against J.C. Callaghan as treasurer of the state of Arizona, hereinafter called defendant, by George W.P. Hunt, J.C. Callaghan, and C.M. Zander, as the board of directors of state institutions of the state of Arizona, and W.C.
