(after stating the facts). The principal and meritorious question is whether plaintiff by his own negligence contributed to his injury. It is necessary to go somewhat fully into the evidence, beginning with that which is undisputed. Plaintiff worked at the sticker most of the time from the morning of the 6th to 5 o’clock in the afternoon of the 7th of July. On the night of the 6th, when the machine was idle, he cleaned and oiled it.
