The former directors of First Montgomery Bank and Trust Company (in organization) (“First Montgomery”), as assignees of First Montgomery, in this appeal of the judgment of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, challenge the correctness of that court’s ruling granting summary judgment on limitation grounds in favor of Baskin & Sears and its successors, appellees.
