The defendant, Joseph Wilson, was charged in a three count information with assault in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-59 (a) (1), attempted burglary in the first degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-49 and 53a-101 (a) (1), and conspiracy to commit burglary in the first degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-48 and 53a-101 (a) (1).
