MEMORANDUM OPINION

BLACKWELL N. SHELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court on April 3, 1985 on the objection by Herbert Weisberger to the allowance of a proof of claim filed by Barbara E. Porter. After the presentation of testimony ore tenus and the tendering of stipulations of fact by the parties, the Court took the matter under advisement and directed the parties to file briefs on the issues contained in the case.
