Before the Court is the objection of the Plan Administrator of Mid-American

Waste Systems, Inc. 1 (“Mid-American” or “Debtor”) to the proof of claim filed by Christopher L. White (“White”) (claim No. 00420) for the payment of salary and other fringe benefits (the “Employment Claim”). The Employment Claim was originally filed in the amount of $5,863,115.26. As a result of this Court’s January 3, 2001 opinion and order in this matter, at the subsequent trial White reduced his claim to $884,500.
