HIGHERS, Judge.

This appeal arises from a consolidation of three cases which were brought to trial after the collapse of a waterslide in Shelby County, Tennessee. Two of the consolidated cases were personal injury cases filed by persons who were on the waterslide when it collapsed. The third case was filed by one of the defendants in order to obtain indemnity or contribution from the others for settlements which had been made with other injured parties.
