MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on the Trustee’s objection to the allowance of certain proofs of claim filed by The Bank of Bellwood (“Bellwood”) and Mid American National Bank and Trust Company (“Mid American”). For the reasons set forth herein, the Court having considered the pleadings filed, does hereby sustain in part the Trustee’s objection to the secured claim of Bellwood.
