The agreement bearing date the twelfth day of June, 1873, between the creditors of Hoffman & Weinberg and WSinberg Brothers, was a sale and transfer of their claims upon the payment of twenty-five per cent, of the same in cash, and the giving of their notes for the same percentage endorsed by Hoffman and Weinberg, as provided.
