Plaintiff Wachter, Inc. filed this action against Defendants Brian Pitts, Megan Pitts, Josh Estes, and Cabling Innovations, LLC, asserting nine causes of action. Before the Court is Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 21), supported by an accompanying brief (Doc. No. 18). Plaintiff filed a response (Doc. No. 23), and Defendants replied (Doc. No. 28).
