This is an appeal from an order refusing plaintiff’s motion for judgment for part of plaintiff’s claim for want of a sufficient affidavit of defense. The contention of the appellant is that the various averments of the defendant in her different affidavits of defense and bill of particulars were so inconsistent and contradictory as to warrant the granting of plaintiff’s motion for judgment.
