In the cause in chancery depending between Solomon Bernstein, complainant, and New Jersey Bankers Securities Company, defendant, an appeal was taken to this court from an order made in the court below, and Isadore Glauberman and the others above named in association with him, filed a joint brief in this court, and William C.
