Plaintiffs filed the above-styled action on January 8, 1985 to collect $187,923.26 in “undercharges” plus interest and costs, relating to 1,081 shipments of steel transported by defendant. On September 3,1985 we entered orders granting defendant’s motion to refer issues of controversy to the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) for determination and staying the above-styled action pending final determination by the ICC.
