Tlie appellant was j ointly indicted with Elias Moon for grand larceny. They were tried separately, and the appellant was convicted and sentenced to the state prison for two years and six months.
The court overruled a motion to quash the indictment, to which ruling an exception was taken.
The court overruled a motion for a new trial, and appellant excepted.
