Plaintiffs, Edward and Clara Kolakowski, filed this medical malpractice action against two neurosurgeons, Dr. David C. Voris and Dr. K. S. Parameswar, and an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Leonard R. Smith. A jury found all three doctors not liable for Edward Kolakowski’s injuries. The trial court, having previously reserved ruling on Dr. Smith’s motion for a directed verdict, then granted his motion.
