The accused was convicted of a single specification of larceny, in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 921, and sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of $80.00 per month for three months, confinement at hard labor for a like period, and reduction to the pay grade of E-l. Intermediate appellate authorities have approved the findings and sentence without change.
