Theola Jarrett filed suit against Bank of America, HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A. and four credit reporting agencies for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681, et seq. (“FCRA”) and Kansas law. Plaintiff alleges that she was a victim of identity theft and that defendants failed to adequately report and investigate the fact that she disputed certain information on her credit reports.
