This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County. The defendant-appellant purchased property subject to a mortgage given by the defendants Daniel Lublin and Helene Lublin and Standard Industries, Inc., to the plaintiff, appellee herein, People’s Savings Association. The defendants Lublin and the corporate defendant filed no answer and entered a confession of judgment and are not parties appellant.

Plaintiff’s mortgage contained the following acceleration clause:.. “6. If there shall be any change in ownership of the premises…
